Pros +
- Nothing. The staff refused to give me the room I paid for.
- I've stayed at this hotel before. Usually I get a room with zero heat. The only nice thing about this time was the room had heat
- Good location
Cons -
- The staff told me they will call the police and they will not give me my room key.
- My room looked like it had blood splatters all over the walls and ceiling in the bathroom
- The manager did not let me to explain myself and he gave me the finger and started harrassing and discriminated me like was stupid . He also defensive very quick when I stood up to him.
