The location was honestly the only thing good about the stay

From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out it was loud and the staff did nothing. The rooms are paper thin and you can hear everything including the toilets flushing upstairs. Room was not clean as I found a whole toe nail beside my bed.

The staff was friendly and very accommodating making the stay enjoyable. One special note was a young gentleman who was cleaning the floor near the breakfast area after it was closed helped me with a need and did so with good manners and respectability.

The walls and floors are very thin making it easy to hear every child running up and down the halls laughing and yelling, even on a different floor. Also the toilets are extremely small, not what you would normally see in other similar hotels.

No rubber mat or anti slip in bathtub. No action of staff after being asked for non slip.

I love love loved the bright mirror in the bathroom. Breakfast was great. Loved the king beds.

I didn't like that the pool water was so cold. My kids were so excited to swim and when they went they didn't even swim very long because it was too cold.

Clean and new

Level of service and responsiveness. No linen for pull out bed. Asked to be made up for late arrival, not done. Could not find staff to remedy. Staff brought mattress cover and flat sheet. No blankets, pillows, or quilt. Took 1.5 hours until everyone could go to bed at After 1 am. Had small child in room, disrupted sleep. Noisy with doors slamming and kids/people running in halls very early in the morning. Would rate breakfast as barely fair. Unhappy with stay overall.

The place was very clean and breakfast was great.

Management participated in and approved a pool party for their own private use until midnight celebrating Diwali. They were soo loud you could hear it in all the hotel rooms throughout. They had no consideration for the guests at all. The guests were very upset. Then, a fire alarm went off and also didn't tell any guests that it was a false alarm. Wouldn't recommend it. Oh, and no one could use the pool. They make their own rules to suit themselves, not the guests. Poor management.

We didn’t like the amount of money that we were charged for our rooms when we looked the Sunday after we all checked out a room was at least $100 cheaper.

fire alarms went off 3 times, which made the stay less enjoyable,also the hard boiled eggs were uneatable, the sunny side up eggs were like rubber and the cinnamon buns were dried out, if you did not get the middle one, they were crunchy. there was no coffee available 2 times and no creamer products available one time.bathroom sink did not drain properly, it was very slow drainingshower head was unable to spray more than a light mist.people loitering around the building made it feel unsafeStaff seemed very busy and only a couple checking patrons satisfaction with services

Bad

I wasn't able to get a room despite getting a confirmation. They needed a 8 number confirmation code and i had a 10 number confirmation code but she didnt take it. So I didn't stay. Lady in the front said she couldn't find my booking. My family and I were stranded in Pa without a room. And no help or refund was given back to me. Very inconvenient.

New hotel and clean and comfortable. Lots of USB plugs too!

Entrance into property office highway is poor....

The bedrooms are fine and clean.Good sight, good options breakfast, and the staff is very kind.

The parking lot could be better marked, sometimes the people leave their cars badly parked.

Great beds, quiet, swam in pool. We skipped the complimentary breakfast but coffee was good.

I had a sensitive matter, and I spoke with the front desk and the urgency of my matter was quickly denied and left me and an already uncomfortable spot , I would've hoped that I could have reached a better resolution with them.
