A good bed to sleep in. Hot water without waiting for it.

Pillows are too thick. Got a sore neck from them. We could not control the temperature in the room despite calling the front desk for assistance. The breakfast is boring after one day, although very substantial.

Two rooms back in May for Sept long weekend. The hotel was not even close to full and we could not get the two rooms beside each other - they would not change it! Maid service for one room was nil even after asking what was required. Not accomodating!!

Dirty, air conditioning broken. Hot tub broken, pool stairs & bottom pebbling so rough our 3 year old granddaughter got a very large cut on her ankle.Breakfast included was a pitiful sac meal.Totally disgusted, swallowed cost of second nite & moved hotels

Staff was excellent their breakfast modification due to covid was super all things considered

Room temp was a little hard to control and decor (rug) was a tad old

The room was beautiful and spacious the staff were very friendly, loved the pool and hot tub excellent property would recommend it to everybody.

The king suite was large and the hotel is well situated.

The hide abed was dated 10 years ago. When the toilet became plugged, they eventually found a plunger for me to get at office. The free breakfast location had no windows with space for 10 people in the large hotel, but no problem, no one came eat there.

Truly appreciated the breakfast to go so early in the morning! Was splendid!

Eat at the restaurant. Food was good and so was the service. Room was comfortable and clean and all the staff that I talked with were great. , polite friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast was edible but not very tasty. It was pre-packaged and of undeterminable age.

The room was showing its age, there was mold in the bath tub area plus there was evidence of a major wter leak in the bathroom.

Breakfast okay, prefer in restaurant than in a bag.

Location was good close to the train station.nice town easy to walk around to see different shops

The bedroom/ vanity part of the room was nice and clean.

The bathroom was clean but in terrible condition, cracked and discoloured grout, discoloured bath tub that could be cleaned with bleach, rust or dirt or both on the heater. The room that I booked with my children - that likely would be going in the pool and did we were told we were in a room that was outside so we had to walk only outside in the winter, come in the front doors, walk past the lounge & restaurant and then go through the hotel to get to the pool and back to the room all in our bathing suits, towels and robes. My kids that are 5 & 9 said this is embarrassing and cold, I thought we were staying at a nice hotel. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. The breakfast bun was a prepackaged sandwich that I would not feed to my dog because of the ingredients, thankfully it had an apple, yogurt, granola bar and juice. The hot tub was dirty, also looking like it has staining and needs bleach as well as a vacuum because of the dirt in the corners. My baths at home are also hotter than the hot tub.

Rooms are cozy and comfortable. Beds very comfortable. The guy at the desk was so friendly made the stay enjoyable and felt very welcomed.

Very good value for money, very clean and comfortable. The receptionist was amazing and very helpful.

Very good price BUT you get what you pay for. My kids had a lot of fun on the waterside and the beds are comfortable

We were given a motel access side of the hotel. There was no mat at the door so the second you would walk in it was a muddy slippery death trap. We had to put towels down so we didn’t break our necks. The pool access was in the main hotel so we had to walk outside in -20 just to get to the doors. The pool seemed okay but the hot tub was dirty and foggy and there AC blasting over it. The bathroom was very dated and the fan was extremely loud when the light was on This one obviously isn’t the hotels fault but some guy with a diesel truck parked directly outside our door and started his truck for 15 min at 5am and woke everyone up. I’d normally stay anywhere for the right price but I truely wouldn’t stay here again.

Door had no seal on the bottom and the cold air came in all night long. One of the guests parked his diesel truck in front of our door and we could smell the diesel fumes at 7 am.

Beds and staff nice

Provide breakfast was terrible definitely should just remove that from your website or give each guest a credit to use at the restaurant in the building.

Breakfast was good. Service was great.

Pool was a distance from room, outside.

Close to everything easy to get in and out. It had a restaurant on site.

No little refrigerator in room.

Everything about the property was immaculately clean and really showed pride and care. The free coffee in the lobby was excellent and the availability of a pool and waterslide was great for our son.

The hot tub wasn’t very hot and the jet barely worked.
