The continental breakfast was okau

My heater didn't work. The water pipes were extremely noisy. There's a constant buzzing noise in the room. (301) my fridge was so loud I had to unplig it and the tv.

Smelled like smoke, dirty bathroom, hair in bed sheets, rude staff Just gross

Under construction and the ac in my room was leaking on the floor which gave a musty smell

I only needed a bed to sleep in after travelling for many hours.. it was what I needed.

Comfortable and quiet room.

More breakfast choices like fruit and yogurt.

The breakfast was only supplied for about half the people staying , ran out of some of the meat but didn’t refill . Limited choices .

The location was good easy to find and away from the hwy.

The price was really high for the condition of the hotel. Was likely nice 30 years ago, renovations are really rough.

Confusing entrance, no one at reception desk. I left one of my personal items at the hotel, and when I reached out to them through Booking.com, they did not reply to me and I was not able to retrieve it.

Breakfast was fair coffee was good the bar was convenient

Service at check in was lacking I waited 15 minutes before someone came to front desk

Price, no elevator, no heat control and room was cold, was suppose to include breakfast but did not, bathroom was dirty, toilet seat was broken, would not stay there ever again

Nice little breakfast just wish the food wasnt cold.

I didn't feel the room was very clean. There were blood stains on the curtians and floor, the walls were very dirty and stained, fixtures were very shabby, scratched and stained.

Nothing it looked like an abandoned building.

It was gross! Wet rugs, halls full of old furniture, tv had two channels? I’d was filthy!

I didn’t like how my little sisters weren’t allowed to visit us passed 11 . Had to get them id as well from the night staff
