Western Budget Motel Leduc #3

Every room has a kitchen with large fridge, stove and oven, and sink.Location is close to YEG airport and Nisku. Up keep and cleanliness is great as this is an older building. Free breakfest could be impoved by adding some warm food choices.

Bed is very firm and showing some age. Room key was difficult to use, had to insert it multipule times to open door. No microwave in room. Had to turn the fridge off while sleeping, made alot of noise. Would stay again if cooking was my priority.

I feel the quality of the room is better than the price I paid. It had a fancy fireplace and small kitchenette. The hotel also served breakfast which was very convenient for me. The location is very quiet and the staff are very friendly.

No, there is not anything that I did not like. If I am in the area, this is my hotel of choice to stay at.

Exceptionally clean and spacious, staff was awesome!!! Highly recommend!!! Thanx to the staff!

I liked that there was room for everyone in my family and the room was way more then we expected.

I slept like a dream! The room was nice and quiet and very spacious. The breakfast was my husband's favorite part :)

I have zero complaints.

Plenty of choices.

Eggs and sausage were cold heated them in microwave.

We LOVED this place. The owners were SO friendly, the room was great for the price and the breakfast was great!

AC and heat control in every room with blackout curtains. The suites themselves are newly renovated so it’s clean and cozy. The walls are also concrete and super thick so you can’t hear anything which is a plus with being beside the highway and airport. The staff are super nice, especially the manager. And if you make it to breakfast they have lots of options, usually eggs and sausage or bacon, cereal, yogurt, bread and bagels, danishes, oatmeal and coffee, hot chocolate, variety of teas, and a few juices to pick from as well.

The in suite kitchen while having most utensils and a few pots and pans, ours didn’t have a baking sheet which would’ve been nice. Also would’ve been nice to have a few extra blankets and towels

Friendly staff at check-in, spacious room and clean

I liked the room and the bathroom. It was really clean.

A little weird that they used Disposable plastic (cutlery, cups, …) for breakfast

Loved the staff,comfort and breakfast.

Did not like the noise at night and early morning from the Highway. Ask for the Sparrow Street facing rooms which might lessen the highway noise.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The staff were friendly.

The beds very firm and the noise was horrible until after 4 am . The only other disappointing issue was the pool was not available due to maintenance but that needs to be done as well .

Spacious and clean suite fit for a large family.

No pool

Location

Dirty, dusty and noisy

I really liked that there was carpet in the room! It's becoming all too rare these days. I know why carpet is removed but I still prefer it.

Couldn't get hot enough water at the bathroom sink but the shower water temperature was fine. Never had this issue anywhere before.

The breakfast, the room layout was amazing.

The mattress were pretty hard.

Nice clean comfortable

Neon lights and our stove wobbled but not really a big deal

That they waited even though we got there after midnight. Jaccuzi n fireplace was awesome

The bed was a little too firm and continental breakfast was only til 9:30 went down to have breakfast at 10 it was already closed be nice if it was til 10:30

Bad

I paid for my room before we arrived through booking.com and I have been fighting with the property ever since even though I sent receipts . We had booked 2 rooms and 1 room had not been cleaned and the bed not even made our group had to share 1 room . I am completely disgusted with the experience it has been stressful!!

This place is just clean , tidy, and gate value for money

Clean , you never think there is someone looking over you , just in case you break any rules
