Room tv did not work. They refused to do anything about it the first night. The second we got a different old TV with vad picture

The staff were friendly.

The breakfast had no variations to it. Also no dresser in the room and the internet was very spotty within the room.

Great morning breakfast, Room was large and had a extra large mini fridge. Quiet place to stay...

Good Location, lots of parking and large room.

TV channels were very limited and not in HD. Standard cable making it disappointing to say the least considering the options out there.

Front desk staff are very helpful. Rooms are very clean.

No EV charging stations . It was mentioned in Booking.com that this hotel had ev charging stations.

We were on highest floor. Reasonably quiet.

The room we had booked was not available, so we got a smaller room but no discount. Table and chairs was not there as we had paid for. Kitchen not nice and not clean.

The front desk asked questions thar I never get asked, such as an email address when it was indicated on check-in form. I requested a room close to the elevator as I traveled with my mom, and she is 83 years old. He gave us the room at the very end of the long hallway. When asked about my request, he lied and said it was only room available (I checked websites, and there were rooms still being offered online).. I indicated on the special request and should have been accommodated. Found him to be rude.

Breakfast was nice and hot-food was warm and lots of selection. The room was roomy with very comfy bed and pillows.

Location to the Dow Centennial Center was good. Breakfast was satisfactory, not great. Liked the rags idea.

Coffee maker in room was dusty and supplies were old. Only one bath towel - the other towel was smaller. Should have a mat at the door. Only one bedside table.

The room is really big and spacious.Nice and updated.Breakfast is pretty basic not that great.Housekeeping is terrible. Only do it every other day and even then very minimum. Take out garbage and give you towels that is it. Don't make the bed let alone vacuum anything.

Food options are not healthy at all. The only hint of healthiness were the apples, those were so dry and old that even in an apple pie they’d taste like dry flour. It’s nothing g particular for this hotel, all bigger hotel chains have that issue. The doors of the rooms all have a large gap at the bottom. You can peek through and it’s not sound proof at all. If you have a sensitive conversation everyone on the hallway can hear you clearly. The floor where the the bed was on was waxed, it was so slippery that even the bed didn’t want to stay in place when you’d sit on the edge it slid away. Super annoying because the pillows kept on sliding between the headboard and the bed.

Front desk fellow was wonderful, room was clean and spacious. Perfect for our concert at Dow Centre. Amazing value with a good breakfast!!
