That the breakfast ends to early so holiday guest can't sleep in or they miss breakfast ..

room fan didn't work. Constantly cut in and out. Didn't want to change rooms as it was almost midnight and my 6 yr old was sleeping. Staff checkin and checkout extremely slow

VERY friendly and accommodating staff, very clean and modern rooms, pool was very nice and breakfast was good.

One thing: I found the internet slow. Suggestions: barrier-free sbower stall needs a water retention dam; rooms need recycling bins for paper, glass, plastic.

Met all our expectations, staff were friendly and the hotel was nice and clean!

I liked how the staff double checked the jacuzzi worked before our rental date. As that was the main reason for the room this visit.

I didnt like paying 215 for a room that had water damage ceiling in the bathroom, a basic and non waterfall showerhead and the breakfast was subpar.

So many issues with our stay there I don’t even know where to begin. Check in was difficult, breakfast was terrible, staff had no customer service skills. Staff has gotten my name wrong and someone was looking for someone with a similar name and she told them it was me, which resulted in getting woken up in the middle of the night by police. Forgot something in the hotel and of course when I called they couldn’t find it. I’ve never had such a terrible stay in a hotel.

It was clean and the room was big. The kids enjoyed the pool and the waterslide.

On weekdays, the breakfast closes at 8:30 am. It's not really a vacation if I have to get up that early for breakfast.

The beds were comfortable, friendly staff, clean.Main reason for choose this hotel was the pool and water slide for the kids.

Breakfast was just ok.

The front desk staff were friendly . The bed was comfortable . It was relatively quiet in the room.

We were disappointed that the slide in the pool wasn't open as that was the main reason for booking this hotel. It should have been in the description that it was not available as it was closed for quite some time . There were no drink options at breakfast as they had no stock .

The ensuite bathroom was missing one of the standing shower door so the bathroom gets soaked when you shower.

The location is this hotels biggest selling point, as we were at the Shell Theatre all weekend.

The hot tub is out of order indefinitely, it seems. The hotel knew a huge group was booking and yet did not see fit to ensure the breakfast room had enough chairs for the amount of tables, resulting in guests having to stand to eat (and they won't allow you to just take your plate to your room...)The tub stopper did not work for a bath, the pillows are all filled with the lumpy feeling stuffing. It's a mid hotel.

The room was clean. The bed was comfy. There’s a restaurant across the parking lot (Montanas). Check in and out was quick and simple

Good location. Rooms are big. Beds are comfortable.

The breakfast was very poor. Waffle maker didn’t work . Juice machine didn’t work. Very minimal selection of food. Not what I expect when I book breakfast included in the price . For the price of the room, not worth it .

Had to go buy pillows because the hotel pillows were horrible. Super lumpy and small. Didn’t sleep at all the first night.
