Sur 2 aites de réservations on nous a dit qu'il y avait une borne de recharge pour notre automobile (assez nécessaire...) mais il n'y avait rien ET la piscine était hors fonction...c'était les 2 seuls fiktres que j'avais exigés...c'est très ordinaire

I though it was odd that with there being very few guests that a family with rambuxious kids were placed above us.

The pool was shut down and the only reason we got a hotel was for the pool because we had our grand kids with us. We were sent to another pool across the road so it all turned out ok

Friendly and courteous desk staff. Breakfast was upmarket and varied . Bed was absolutely comfortable with great pillows.

No ice machines. No pool. Rooms were very cold on arrival. 15degrees... warmed up quickly but fan/heater was very loud. No fans in bathroom?

The room was clean and for the most part quiet.The door next door made a loud squeeking sound that woke me up as someone was opening and closing the door alot

Carpet in our hallway was dirty, also parking in the back was a huge mistake. The garbage was overflowed, an ashtray of butts was dumped just outside the back door, and there was no grounds keeping outside - it was overgrown with weeds & garbage. I was quite shocked to find that the hotel I chose was so poorly maintained, I will not stay at the property again & I will warn others.

Front desk staff night lady is rude, unprofessional, unaccommodating, generally disrespectful and disinterested in assisting customers.

problem with our reservation, it took an hour to sort out , while we waited in the lobby, also the whole hotel was freezing, and our room heater had to run steady just to stay warm. the pool was out of order
