Absolutely nothing, terrible customer service, dirty rooms would not recommend

Everything around the hotel and room were terrible, the customer service was terrible took 45 minutes just to check into my room, rooms were dirty and not up to health safety standards.

Location, amenities are awesome. Room is very good

The only reason I booked the hotel because they provide airport pickup and drop off. I planned my car rental according to that. At last minute they declined to provide shuttle at night 10:30pm and costed me 30$ in taxi cost.

I did not realize I was in a smoking room I haven’t stayed at a hotel in A long time where smoking was allowed When I checked in I mentioned The smoke smell and understood the staff to say it was because someone was likely just smoking outside.

Location was good. Breakfast was really good although space was very tight.

Quite disappointed in this hotel. No elevator. Hallways smelled really smokey-rooms weren't quite as bad. Lanes around the hotel filled with trucks. Really cramped spaces. I would rate this hotel as barely a 2 star - maybe not even that.

Ease of access. Two doors, one leading to hallway, and the other out to the parking lot. All other amenities excellent in my opinion. Excellent breakfast included. Easy controlled AC/Heating system. Great coffeemaker. Friendly, helpful and cheerful staff

The beds, linens and pillows! I had a great sleep. The gal at the front desk really made me feel at home, and very welcome. She was very informative as to the breakfast offerings as well as the soup etc in the evening.

The only negative things that come to mind was the fact that the walls seriously need a paint job and the carpet was very outdated and worn. The furniture could also use an updating but that is minor..this is why I only rated the room a six.

Disappointing

Breakfast was adequate, the location good

Although generally the cleanliness of the rooms that I stayed in was adequate, they lacked attention to detail, especially the floors. Hair and dirt at the entrance to the bathroom for example. Also, as a senior I found getting in and out of the bathtub difficult as there is nothing to grip. I would suggest putting a hand bar beside the tub to prevent falls. Instructions on how to activate the shower would have been helpful as this is not a common method. I had to ask at the front desk after forgoing my morning shower.

Breakfast was adequate! Staff was exceptional!

Bath tub was very difficult to get into. I am a senior and just over 5 feet tall. Stepping into and out of the tub was not only different but dangerous. There should be a bar to hold onto to lower the extreme risk of falling. The method to turn on the shower unusual. I would suggest that instructions on how to operate the shower be posted in the bathroom.

The place was close to the hospital

The bed was so very old that all the springs were poking you all night. The breakfast was out of most food by 7:00 am. No muffins, no bananas, milk was at a minimum.

They offered me a room with a door to go outside instead of having to go through the lobby

Broken window, garbage in pull out couch, asked them to refill coffee in room and they didn’t. Charged me $30/ dog when I was told over the phone that it would be $20 after telling them I have large dogs

Bath tub could use hand bar to get in and out of tub for the older crowd and those with mobility issues
