The breakfast and the fact that dogs were allowed. We both found the pillows to be too thick. ( we brought our own. ) The shower was excellent!

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms and factions were clean and well looked after. Very impressed. Remotes did not work properly but we were not in room much, so we told staff not to worry about it while we were staying there.

Breakfast option. Customer appreciation beef dinner.

Hallway carpets are stained

I was told upon arrival that I paid too much and could have gotten a better rate. The fireplace in the room was broken, the chair in the room was broken. The waffle maker at breakfast was broken. The pool was freezing.I was so disappointed with this stay.

The staff always remember me and make me feel at home. The popcorn and cookies are a homey touch, and the breakfast is the best anywhere!

Continental breakfast was not as comprehensive as at competing chains

Staff was very friendly and was able to accommodate a late check out which was nice after a bery long drive the day before. The staff working the morning breakfast kept everything very clean and topped up, was a nice experience overall.

In the interest of being totally transparent and honest with things we noticed, our room wasn’t that clean.. we found several hair shavings in the bathroom and there were finger prints all over the cupboards. Just looked like it was gone over quickly with no real attention to detail like wiping light switches and cupboards. The fridge had water/condensation in it and had a bit of a smell as well the windows in our room also had bad streaks/looked dirty. Elevators could use a wipe on the panel with buttons, were a bit dirty each time we used them. It being a 3 star hotel we didn’t have super high expectations for our stay and chose the hotel with the best ratings, I’m not one to complain for little things but I think there should be some accountability here. We didn’t say anything at the time cause we drove all day and were exhausted, just didn’t feel like dealing with the hassle and we only stayed one night so just dealt with it.

Room was fantastic.

Heater for pool was broken, was very cold. Was not notified or was there signage saying it was broken

The property was clean and staff all friendly and accommodating. Our room was lovely, very clean and quiet. The bed was so comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Very good value and very nice rooms with an excellent breakfast.

Unfortunately the pool was closed at this time but the neighboring hotel pool was available.

Huge breakfast. Pool is great. Located close to many amenities and restaurants.

This time the pillows were a little uncomfortable, but they've been fine every other time.

They dealt with the issue of a noisy room really well. Very accommodating and made it not stressful.

We love staying at the canalta!The location is great. Super easy to find and close to many amenities. The staff are pleasant and friendly. The rooms are very clean and so spacious!We love having access to the pool. And the free hot breakfast is a huge bonus !We will stay here again!
