Location, lobby and area, location, hot tub and pool

I love the location and the staff especially the bellman the Man, he was exceptionally attending to every detail.

I had to pay for parking, has a guest with the hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful!

Parking prices are high ($32/day), but that is just downtown parking. Just something to keep in mind for your budget when choosing a downtown hotel in Calgary.

Has been renovated nicely. Like the purified water tap instead of water bottles. Good fitness centre. Will stay here again.

Hyatt needs to get rid of the tiny shampoo bottles, so wasteful with all that plastic. Need to go to bulk dispensers.

The look was modern and new. Hotel room was very chic.

The late-night food from the room service menu was GROSS! We had a ham sandwich and a chicken caesar salad.

The room, the location, their services, the gym and the indoor swimming pool are wonderful!

Parking is not free.

Modern, clean, lots of space. Noisy at night but the hotel provides ear plugs.

Key card for the elevator is annoying.

It is pretty close to US consulate and the bus and train station and also with good bars and restaurant.Good facilities with swimming pool and jogging machines.

Don`t know why the quilt and sheet are separate, and there is no one-time-use comb. The air conditioner is only working when the room is hotter than 2 degrees.

Newer renovated, modern and perfect location with easy access to everything

My previous stay here was much better than my last, the staff wasn''t as attentive and did not offer any upgrades. When checking out, the amount of people made it extremely difficult, as none of the staff would help organizing a line up.

Comfortable rooms; large number of electrical outlets. Great location, Lots of meeting space with / without food so very conducive to doing business

Pillows - didn't get a comfortable sleep.

Great location, close to shopping and restaurants.

Have stayed here multiple times. Room was more expensive this trip; no prior notice that pool closed. I would have felt better value if breakfast was included.Probably would stay her again...but would check Palliser hotel as well.

Room was large. In hotel parking. excellent room cleanliness and very modern.

Hotel is in new condition. Excellent Hyatt.

Evrything! I felt really luxury, loved the pool on the 18th floor; you look straight on to the Calgary tower. The bed was nice and soft, great bathroom with rain shower, no noise. We had a blast.

If there is anything, the bed was a bit hot, but the pro's outshines it all.

The location, cleanliness, and the size of the room

Some areas of the lobby need to be renovated. Not a big deal, but it needs to keep up with the rest of the hotel.

The light in our room above the tv wouldn't shut off so the whole night we had the lights on

Location is great. You can walk to shopping mall and restaurant. Room and hotel is really nice and clean.

The street car can be noisy.
