Pros +
- Great service, good breakfast, very nice room.
- The room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. Having the kitchen facilities was very convenient. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The location is handy as it is close to the train station, the river, the library and to restaurants and shops.
- Kind staff that accommodates setting up two cribs in our room. Very clean, well set-up room.
Cons -
- The AC was a bit loud
- Although the breakfast was plentiful, the pancakes were terrible. The restaurant closes at 1pm for lunch which made it inconvenient.
- Bathroom floor not clean. Hair on it. Area where hotel located not as expected. Building being torn down nearby. Lots of homeless and doors to hotel locked at 7. Food distribution for homeless right next to hotel.

Suite was large and nicely equipped. The location is downtown and on the last light rail stop in the free zone. Excellent location. Valet parking is a bit pricy- $38 plus tax-we parked on street. Bonus- excellent breakfast and free evening hot food
Pool was nice and not too small but hot tub was closed by health inspectors
Room layout. Free breakfast. Fitness room.
Parking is $39.90.
Te staff were really amazing. One of them brought a cart to my room helped me with the luggage and loading it into my SUV. He also went and brought my SUV to me as well. I was highly impressed. He made it so I didnt miss something extremely important.
