Quiet.

The food in a bag which was given out in lieu of breakfast was pretty sad. The apples which were put in the bag every morning were terrible.

One staffmember at the reception was not a very friendly person. The temperature in the room could not be adjusted below 20 degrees Celsius, which is too hot to sleep in.

I would strongly recommend that this and all BW Hotels implement both recycling and composting programs.

When we were there, there was a guy working! Hotel Employee was amazing! His customer service was amazing and he was all over the place making sure the guests where happy.

We stayed at this hotel with 6 families and 7 kids altogether. The kids were constantly running around, going up and down the stairs, and making lots of noise in the lobby. Despite all that, the staff were incredibly kind and patient with us. Their warm and friendly attitude made our stay so much more enjoyable. We truly appreciated their understanding and hospitality!

Clean and spacious rooms. Quiet area, helpful staffs,Decent breakfast spread. Water and hot available at the lobby. Less than 10mins ride away from downtown.

Very little toiletries! They only provided small tubes of shampoo, conditioner and lotion which was not enough for rooms with 3-4 people but they were more than happy to give more when requested.

Our experience was severely disrupted at 2:00 AM when a major leak from the jacuzzi room above caused a "monsoon rain storm" in our room. After calling the front desk, we waited 30 minutes for an update that never came. Upon calling back, we were finally offered a new room and had to relocate at 3:00 AM. The new room was acceptable, but the excessive temperature (25 degrees) further delayed our ability to get back to sleep.The following morning, I was told the manager only works Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. I eventually spoke with the manager on Monday, who apologized and confirmed she would comp the room charge and notify Booking.com.Despite this assurance, it has now been over one month, and I have not received the promised refund for the $200+ charge, nor have I been able to re-establish contact with the manager.What a waist of 200+ dollars.

Good hotel, very varied breakfast with warm and cold options, the hotel has a pool and we also had a jacuzzi in the room. Very big comfortable room.

Some facilities are a bit outdated, especially common areas. The gym is small and old. The location is just on the highway, the only way to travel to or from the hotel is by car/taxi.

What I don’t like is hearing the foot steps of the other occupants upstair. Like at the middle of the night you will hear like a steps of an elephant stamping. I also comment the pool that is too cold. Not even a warm water. It is a cold water.

The hotel is located quite outside of the city center. you walk about 10 minutes from the next metro station, which is a bit uncomfortable when it’s hot outside. There are also no sensible food options nearby, only fast food.
