Cons -
- Keys do not work after housekeeping, I wasn't informed. I had to go, try and come back for new card key.
- Air conditioner was extremely loud and rattling and the day we left we could hear dripping and there was a wet spot on the carpet under the air conditioner
- i was suppose to be in a family suite and was not in one..
