A little pricy but would stay again
like the hotel and experience. I used to live in Calgary, my best friend's wedding was there. I used to go there for the weekend buffet, love this local hotel. It's just so many fond memories with it. Hope they will keep it up.
Incredibly clean. Lots of space in the room. Nice touch with stone countertops. Surprised it is not a 4 star rating. Definitely would stay again and highly recommend
The room was very nice.
There were very few staff who were helpful. The hotel seemed understaffed and many seemed to be very new to the job.
GYM, pool, breakfast
The hotel is conveniently located not too far off the freeway and a short distance from downtown Calgary. Check-in was friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and elegant.

Exterior of the hotel does not live up to the beautiful interior, and it's a bit of a way out from downtown if you don't have a car.
It was very clean and modern! The location is great for us.
I find the rooms too expensive for what you get. No fan in the bathroom, too hot in the rooms, should have complimentary water in the rooms. Also, th breakfast buffet was too expensive for the hard pancakes and 2 pieces of bacon that were left.
Clean room, exceptional staff that are courteous, helpful and always ready to serve.
Bathroom door was pocket door instead of a closed door.

- Kale Ceasar salad in Sports Lounge was disgusting. How about just regular Ceasar salad, guys?- 52 dollars for breakfast for 2 in restaurant for 2 orders of Eggs Bennies (17 dollars each) 2 hashbrowns, bowl of fruit and coffee?
