Best Western Airport Inn

Clean hotel with nice staff. Easy access to major roads. The breakfast was well done. I would stay here again.

My room with mold . I have the picture bathroom not very clean also toilet water keeps going on we not asleep well lots of noise. I bring his notes but nobody fix it .

Convenient for what we were there for.

There were visible stains on many of the sheets and the front desk person was not happy about changing them for us. New sheets were damp. Poor customer service. Hotel is old. Carpet was damp. Water in shower has bursts of hot, not safe for kids.

small bathroom, bad set up of the shower .control valve away from the sliding door When hot water comes from the shower it is hard to turn it off without burning your skin.

We loved the room. The bags of breakfast were great and I welcomed them. The bathroom was great.

I locked the door but when we came back the door was open wide. Must have been a check by maintenance on the air conditioning.

Location for purposes. Price was great!

Neighbourhood was a bit lower end. Small elevator. Desk was terrible.

Prompt staff, good facilities, comfortable and clean rooms.

For the cost and star rating this hotel exceeded my expectations. No complaints.

Close to airport.

TV and remote control did not work correctly. We couldn't order movies. Hair dryer almost started on fire and had to be replaced but not until we were checking out. Not satisfied for the price paid.

Front desk staff were excellent upon check in. Made me feel welcome. Breakfast was good. Had a great sleep. Nice and quiet room.

Unfortunately i do not have a lot of good to say about this hotel. I stayed one night with my family and did not sleep more then an hour.

Our first room on the first floor had such a foul odour we could smell it outside in the hall before we opened the door! They agreed and put us on the third floor, however they double booked us and we had some uninvited visitors opening our door at 1:30am

Bed and pillows are comfortable to sleep with. Breakfast are awesomely great! Small pool but heated and so love the water. Staff are polite and accomodating. Locations from highway 1 right away very visible.

The carpet rooms are dirty! Very small bathroom.

The room wasn't clean. The coffee maker in the room was quite dirty. They had no regular coffee in the cafeteria. There was not too much complimentary breakfast. This was not worth $--- a night. I feel this was rip off.

We have stayed here many times and have found the staff friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. Great amenities such as free breakfast, free internet and free parking. There is also a shuttle service to the airport.

For the price paid I expected a more elevated experience
