This is my second time to stay this hotel. The room was nice and clean, and the breakfast was good. I enjoyed my stay overall. I will stay again when I come to Calgary.

Beautiful hotel that has been extensively upgraded in lobby, meeting areas, terrarium, and rooms. Great value. Close to shopping, restaurants, city centre.
It was during COVID so it was very quiet, but that made it even better. Room service was great.

The room was nice and quiet and quite clean. The staff had very good attitudes and were very helpful. The free breakfasts were very good and they had plenty of everything.
The pool is way too small for the size of the hotel as well as the hot tub which only held a maximum of 6 people. The food was very expensive at times and often was not that good.
Breakfast is great. Lots of choices, tons of extras. Pool was nice and warm. Hot tub was good too. Internet was good. Highly recommend this hotel.
Surface parking is a bit tight with a larger suv or truck. Parking at the back seems to be roomiest.
