The vent blew air all night which made it very dry in the room. Duvets were thin. Walls are thin . You could hear a person open and close their door all night. Would not stay here again or recommend it .

My booking had breakfast included and you could order from the menu. Breakfast menu had a good selection and it was great!

I spent 4 nights here last month and have no complaints at all. It's a nice property, well kept and staffed with lovely people. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend it 100%

I didn't give it a 10 only because 10 denotes perfection and I have to reserve that for an experience involving a chocolate fountain and foot massages...

The pool was fun for the kids.

There was an issue with the sink; however, a repair person fixed it promptly.

The breakfast was great! It was also included in the stay.

The only thing I didn't like was that I parked my van at their parking lot and someone cut it's catalyst exhaust pipe. They said parking is free, however they didn't give a "park at your own risk" discretion. Their camera doesn't monitor the parking lot

I am a very warm sleeper; AC not turned on yet, meaning was unable to cool my room down to my comfortable 'freezing level'- FD did apologize acknowledging thst awkward time of year with huge variant temps. Ideally, 19 degrees a little to warm for me...

The Sage & Co. restaurant. Great coffee (Starbucks) and everyone loves the coffee cups. You should sell them as people were asking. I would have bought some as well. The restaurant staff were exceptional.

They changed the menu in the Sage & Co restaurant and it did not have as many choices. Originally you could make your own omelette and then they changed it to only 2 choices.

Bedding is comfortable

beware, there are two buildings. the pictures are from the newer building. prepaid gets you the old run down building across the street that smells of chlorine from the open pool in the lobby and worn out rooms. No housekeeping. Stain on Delta brand.

Room for just one person was big!with a little veranda to sit right off suite. Super friendly staff and excellent communication especially with my humorous personality! I'll be back 100%! Longer stay though for me!

I thought I lost my necklace for good as it fell down the back of the desk but they were able to get it out for me. I am very grateful.

The room was a little warm. Hard to cool down.

We were very impressed by this hotel and especially by the staff. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The pool and waterslide are fabulous for kids and we spent hours there. The room was spacious and well appointed I m very clean.

Location was convenient.

We opted to pay on-site for an upgrade because the standard room wasn't acceptable. No housekeeping after 10a. Our room wasn't serviced during our stay.

It was quiet at night even though there were several adolescent volleyball teams in the hotel. They placed us in an upper level room, which was very quiet and very comfortable.

The dining was quite expensive, $4 for a cup of coffee, but they did provide in-room coffee maker.
