Bit of noise from a room party below but settled reasonably early for me but others I suspect would not be happy with it (1am) was not noise e from the lounge that they wanted me about at check in. I did not hear that at all.

The staff were pleasant and very helpful. The room was excellent, the view was very nice and the bed comfortable.

I loved the apartment like rooms and that they had a full fridge, drive and dishwasher and lots of space.

Breakfasts were excellent. Staff was excellent very friendly and always greeted us with a smile.

Air conditioning was broken. Thought I booked a wheelchair room but it was not wheelchair accessible. Went several days without a shower. Last night upgraded us to a 1 bedroom handicapped room to get air conditioning. That room was fantastic!!

The underground parking area was very handy; the breakfast was good; the room was nice and spacious, fully furnished with a full kitchen included.

There could be more hooks in the bathroom. We used 2 rooms: 613 and 617. 613 had a huge vent that was super noisy. It was ridiculously loud. The television is a joke. There's barely any channels, no cable television, and the stuff available had audio delay.

Lots of room and lots of closets to put suitcases etc out of site. Smelled fresh, not musty or dusty.

Shower curtain in walk in shower allowed water to pool on the floor outside the shower.

Sound travels through the bathroom vent way too easily. Heard someone singing very loudly and then the next morning someone was getting very sick and had to listen to it.

The pool could be warmer! The pot lights in the room have strange bulbs in them that provide little to no actual light.

Everything exceeded our expectations. The the location of the hotel, the onsite amenities and the cleanliness and comfort of the room was exceptional. Above all, the staff went above and beyone to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Great job by all!
