Sandman Hotel Calgary Airport

Bedding was comfortable and room was modern.

AC unit was dripping onto carpet, I reported to front desk when we checked out. But facet in bath was dripping continuously and level 3 elevator button to lobby was also broken.

The room was amazing and comfortable.

When leaving at checkout time on a Sunday when it¿s lost busy, there were cleaning crews blowing dust and rocks everywhere as you exited the lobby. It was all over us and worse our vehicle. We complained but still have not heard anything back.

Cleanliness , privacy , the staff is friendly.

Tge internet is too slow , is at the level of 2010 Wi Fi connection at 5 - 7 Mb/s

Location and lay out of room.

Toilet flush handle broke, wasn't fixed properly. Heated pool was freezing cold. TV channels didn't work.

Clean, comfortable, nice staff.

The pool and fitness room were small and cramped. The pool was full of loud young children at 9 pm, without adult swim hours. The airport shuttle took a long time to arrive, and it was stressful not being able to schedule it in advance.

It's location to the airport. It's nice to have a hotel with a Moxie's restaurant attached.

This hotel is dated.

Location was nice. I arrived late and it was only 12 minutes from YYV in a cab. Plus there was a good restaurant on site.

Not really, it was clean and comfy. I didn't stay long.

The pool is very small and no chairs around the narrow walkway to sit and keep an eye on my grandson as he swam. Everyone was friendly, hotel clean and neat.

Decent hotel for the money

Breakfast/brunch is not good

Bed and pillows were comfortable. Restaurant was convenient to get to without leaving hotel. Free parking and internet.

It was very noisy. Could hear the child upstairs yelling and jumping around all night, any time someone shut their door it rattled my own door. Voices in the hall sounded like they were right in my room. My dinner from the restaurant was terrible.

I didn¿t like pricing structure. I was shown different price on reservation and at the time of checkin price goes up by $100. Totally stupidity.

The room was not clean, there was a lot of trash behind the dresser, the bathroom had a strong smell of urine.

Room size was good. Temperature was also good.

Very long hallways. Pool was very isolated- not convenient.

Room was air conditioned

Not very clean, found hair on bathroom floor. Called for airport shuttle for 40 minutes NO ANSWER. Was late at night with a toddler. Meal was 15 minutes late and cold/over salty. Wifi didn’t work.

It was clean and staff was good.

The Chromecast wasn't working and we came only to rest and watch TV and could not connect at all.
