The gentleman checking us in was very polite and pointed out all the features of the hotel. The room was large and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the great selection for the complimentary breakfast.

Stayed 13 nights here, room size was perfect. Included breakfast was fantastic.

Free shuttle full all morning; only alternative was to extend rental car or cab.

Room was large and well appointed. Very comfortable and quiet! We were meeting up with family at the hotel and everyone in the group was super happy with the hotel. Buffet breakfast and the staff were outstanding!

Just missing a hot tub in the pool area and maybe some tables on the outdoor patio.

The room was beautiful - wonderful use of space, room to relax, and very comfortable bed. The breakfast was outstanding. My children loved this hotel as well. We will definitely come back.

It is a beautiful new hotel.It had a great breakfast,gym,kitchen and pool.

With all the money they've spent building this I just can't believe they didn't put in a hot tub!!! Especially in Calgary where its cold most of the year!!!

King studio kitchenette was exactly what we wanted. Four day stay. The breakfast was good with lots of choices for hot and cold. It varied each day. We enjoyed the pool. The staff was polite and friendly.

The tile flooring in the bathroom is cold and we used a hand towel as a mat to keep our feet warm. The pool was nice but a whirlpool or jacuzzi would have been a great add on.

Everything! Seriously. Best room/hotel I've ever - yes, EVER - stayed in. Stayed in 200+ hotels and at all inclusives the past 40 years. None come close to this. (No, I am NOT a Marriott employee. Honestly.) Fantastic. Continental brkfst was outstanding.

Nothing major at all.One minor, minor thing - be nice if a bathrobe was provided.

Everything was just GREAT!

The staff were attentive and quick to respond to any issues we had. The property was clean and the breakfast was better than most. There was a lot of space and the barrel sauna was an excellent addition! Perhaps with it's popularity, a second barrel sauna could be added in case groups had filled the first one!

There is only one gripe I have with this property and it's this: Our friends were staying at the Mariott next door (The two hotels basically share the pool and sauna and exist on either side of a staff elevator and set of conference rooms. We stayed at the Residence and our friends stayed at the hotel next door. Travelling between the properties was annoying, we basically had to go down the elevator and then walk across the first floor and then up the elevator again to their rooms. We were physically very close together, but had to travel a great distance to see them. Not a deal breaker by any metric, but annoying. We actually could walk through the staff-only area and in through some doors, but we were told we weren't allowed to. The only other thing was that there is construction going on right across the parking lot, but there was no noise at night, just during the day and in the late morning.
