- The staff, restaurants, location, lobby and shared areas are awesome.
- The location is great, close to shops and restaurants. We ate lunch at the Yellow Door restaurant and were thoroughly impressed with the food and service.

Cons -
- The room is dated and balcony needs seating. The TV is outdated and the AC is loud and disruptive. The space is small and the flooring and walls are rough. The furniture is also dilapidated. The hallway projects sound directly into the room.
- Heater didnt work. Room was dusty. No soap for shower. Tiny and lower quality than expected for the paid price.
- It was an extremely hot day when we arrived and the pool was crowded with tons of people and loud music playing which could be heard from our room on the 7th floor with the balcony door closed.
