Service Plus Inn and Suites Calgary

The price I got i guess but proved that you do get what you pay for.

Pool had clumps of hair all over. Hot tub jets very weak. Breakfast not very good. Elevator broke, had to carry luggage for 4 up to the 4th floor. The room was VERY dated and bunk bed broken. Male staff very rude. No hot water for 2 days. Outside smelled

The waterslide, however the pool was very small.

Very inconsistent housekeeping. One day they didn't make up the room at all, the next day no coffee pods left. The water glasses in the room were dirty for the duration of our 6 nights, and the bed, when made, was sloppily made.

It?s right on Deerfoot Trail. Has breakfast included.

Looks very new on the outside but is a bit outdated in the inside. Breakfast was good but not many options compare to other hotels.

Everything- staff, service, atmosphere, food, room, etc. I like the much needed fridge and microwave and of course, the coffee maker. They're GREAT!

I was looking for a location near City Centre to access my husband easily (He is with Parkinsons and I left him behind) I was planning to check on him every so often but unable to do so. I have to leave the convention held at BMO Centre early.

It was clean and very nice

They required a deposit on a discounted room this made for a really tough check in. This really was inconvenient!!

Clean rooms, kids liked the slide and pool, decent breakfast

My kids lived the waterslide

There was a blood spot on one of our bed sheets

The staff. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly.

Clean room...good bed

The customer service here is absolutely amazing! They were so accommodating when we requested late check out twice.

Very accommodating friendly staff

Bottle of water

all

Very clean, cozy, and welcoming.

Everything about it

The room were big and clean. The breakfast was better than expected. Nothing fancy but eggs, bacon, sausage. The showers are old but good. Staff was good. For the price it was a good stay.

Bad was comfortable but I think with two people it might have not been the best.

We were there on Christmas day. Breakfast was cold, microwave didn't work

Cold breakfast

Loved the jacuzzi suite!

I didn’t think the bed was that comfortable. Sheets could have been softer.

I liked the location

The room above us was loud all night. Front desk was notified multiple times and didn’t do anything. When I addressed this In the morning I was told to contact the manager… I’ve reached out a few times with no response. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

The location and the complimentary breakfast.

There was no indication that the pool and hot tub would be closed for maintenance. It would have been nice to know this ahead of time.
