Beautiful clean rooms.

The staff and room were simply amazing! We have never staid somewhere where the staff were so kind and accommodating. It seemed like the team was a well piled machine, communicating with each other and smiling! I mentioned in our booking it was our anniversary, and almost every staff member we ran into wished us a happy anniversary.... even ones we had never met before. Truly wonderful and made our stay that much more memorable.

I did find the cost of the bar cart a bit much. But honestly... only complaint... and certainly won't steer us from visiting again, and again.

The design is stunning and the room was spotlessly clean. I was particularly impressed by the soundproofing — it was very quiet inside. The location is perfect. Both the breakfast and the dinner at the hotel restaurant were excellent. Also, the minibar selection was very good.

I was disappointed that my room didn't have a bathtub. Parking is quite expensive. Also, there was a usability issue with the payment terminal at the front desk: when authorizing the security deposit, the screen did not display the amount being charged.

Great location everybody was very kind. The room was very nice and very clean. All the staff was fabulous and I love the little restaurant on the bottom floor right when you checked in.

The safety, location and design

The breakfast wasn’t great

Breakfast was ok and venue a little disappointing, expected more considering all the other facilities were a high standard. However, we enjoyed our dinner at the Wilde the food was excellent.

Good gym, nice room but the service and food was not up to $1000/night.

$55 for room service breakfast and I didn’t even get milk and sugar with my tea. It was Courtyard Marriott quality (which is value-based sister property next door). You have to pay for all your meals separately as there is no charging to the room (at a luxury property!!). They also charge you the full amount for your stay the first night and 3 days and 3 follow ups later I still don’t have a receipt because “their system is down”. So they ensure they take your money immediately before you even step in your room but you can’t get the paperwork to make your expense claim. Given the delay, they should be doing manual copies for their guests. This is supposed to be a luxury property but they don’t act like it. Luxury is about service level and they are a 3-star at best in that regard. Lipstick on a pig type of situation.

The coffee machine in the room was useless, needed to be operated 10 times to get a full cup of coffee, and the coffee mug didn't fit under the machine

Nice decor. Great location. Courteous staff. Able to get us adjoining rooms for our family. Dorian Grey theme was interesting.

The King City view while not an overly large room it was well laid out, interesting quirky furniture and wonderful wallpaper. The whole Oscar Wilde theme was fantastic. The front desk was able to get me a table for 2 at The Wilde on 27 that on Open Table was fully booked

Nothing. One small niggle was that there was a housekeeping cart left on my floor - 25th well into the evening.

Exceptional hotel. Felt very welcome as a family of four. Very pleasant staff who went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Late check out was offered with out it being requested which was very helpful. Best hotel we stayed in during our two week Canadian holiday. First class!

Amazing place just wish it had a sauna and cold plunge !The staff is amazing ! I love them all ! Shout out to James and Micheal for the amazing work !

The bed was okay and the blankets get way too warm !
