Nothing good about this place. Horrible and the most unhygienic place I have been to.

Chinook Value Inn is the worst place to stay. I booked a 3-night stay, but unfortunately I checked out within an hour of arriving. The place is full of bugs and smells foul. My bed and floor were full of bugs.

I booked this room on-line with my credit card, for my son from BC. On arrival the frnt desk wanted a a credit card. He did not have it. Thus he could not stay in the hotel.

Rooms were dirt same as windows bathroom also not in very good condition mold on top of the ceiling.Not coming back and I would not recommend this to anyone

Absolutely discusting. Mold in the washer, mold in the shower, vents full of hot nd debris, drugs on the premises. Had to pay an extra 30 a night because they wouldn’t take tap for my deposit. Stayed for 8 days and could not cancel?

Nothing, as I was not allowed to check in despite arriving on time.

Arrived on time but was denied check-in. My valid credit card was refused and no alternative was offered. Incorrectly marked as no-show.

Hotel manager or franchise owner was really rude. The person we rent the room for. Had a little accident in the parking lot and offer to pay for it and she was super rude to him in person would not allow the person to access his room

It felt safe and was quiet. There was lots of hot water. I wish the bathtub had a plug so I could take a bath

It could use new paint/wallpaper, the floors could be sanded and revarnished, the refrigerator defrosted.

Everything The check in experience was the most horrendous I?ve ever experienced at any hotel. Their policies (basically saying no to everything) I couldn?t Tap my credit card or have it entered manually as I forgot my PIN number.

I didnt even go in my room

When i was checking in i realized i lost my credit card and 500 cash deposit fee my phone was broke so i wasnt able to check in and had to sleep in a train station and had some of my belongings stolen im in the middle of the process of gettting a refund

This hotel was by far. The worst I have ever had. Staff was horrible no Internet, no television waited two days for extra towels and so do not go there and it is noisy.

Absolute horrible place to stay no Internet, no cable it was noisy. Waited two extra days to get towels and soap left a few few clothes behind. They never called me to tell me they threw our clothes out.

Location is the only thing this hotel has going for it

-The television didn?t work in the first room -switched room had a toilet leak that ran all night. & The fridge hummed -people going in and out making noise in the hall all night, and it appeared guests were doing drugs outside worst motel terrible staff

The friend I booked this for was not allowed to check in (because he didn't have my physical credit card). We also weren't refunded... So I'm wondering the point of asking for a survey. U ruined his first time experience in Canada. Shame

The hotel was advertised to have a breakfast included and the photographs even showed a picture of the breakfast room. There was no breakfast.

Yes. Old & dated rooms. Strange, questionable occupants. Terrible & awful room cleaning. A/C is louder than a truck rngengine. One of the receptionists is extremely rude & has a foul mouth. Very overrated hottrrible place.

Everything it was on a sketchy place, it smelled bad and did NOYT feel safe at all. We checked out immediately

It was not safe place for a single female to stay, so scary. I couldn?t sleep whole night, people were shouting and screaming. Didn?t like it at all.
