- Front desk person was outstanding in customer service and courtesy
- Very quiet rooms, which is exactly what I was looking for. Breakfast offerings were very plentiful. The late night bar on the 3rd was was terrific
- This hotel was very clean!! The room was huge!! We asked for a top floor away from the elevator and they were approved to accommodate! The view was great as the building is really high! Beautiful city views ar night and mountain views in the day.
