Proximity to the beautiful park next to the river and a few great restaurants

The hotel is clean, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

The room was a little small. There was only room for one suitcase to be opened on a stand.

Staff and room were amazing

Pillows were hard, a mini fridge would've been really useful

Comfortable, clean, quiet (mostly).

Neighborhood feels slightly sketchy, after dark. Worried about my rental car on the street. Construction made accessing the hotel complicated.

Convenient, modern hotel. Reasonable rate, great location.

I'd have liked if it had a bar.

All hotel staff was very nice but big shout out for Hanna! She was a huge help and made my life (and my travel) so much easier. I was leaving Canada for good from Calgary, so I had two big suitcases+carry on etc. But since I have never been to Alberta, I wanted to travel there a week before leaving. With Hanna's help I was able to leave my suitcases there in the beginning of the trip, so I didn't have to carry them around. Very accommodating- I was able to leave my luggage there, had a later checkout, even was able to use a scale to weight my suitcases.

Very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Super helpful staff. Although, I checked in late and checked out early yet I will reselect it without hesitation.

The manager walked over after noticing us waiting.for the elevator for a longer than usual time (it was check in time, so just busy), just to make sure everything was working OK. Really good customer service, and I appreciate him not waiting for us to point out the problem.

The room was nice. They brought toothpaste

The fan didn’t work on the first day. There is a fan in the washroom but you can’t turn it on. The shower is a bit tricky to use. They mentioned you can’t use Avion to pay which is not true

We love this hotel. The staff are exceptional at the front desk. Extremely welcoming every time we visit. Excellent location. Awesome river view.

Parking on street was free overnight as long as you move or pay for parking during day.

Location was excellent for walking to the hockey and downtown. Rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable.

Car parking was expensive and very frustrating needing to use the Calgary parking online tool to pay. This is a Calgary issue not really a hotel one though.

The front office staff has a very poor communication skills and should be trained to be more welcoming. In the hospitality industry, greeting of guests should be impressive. You need to improve your customer care.
