it was great but there is only one place to put suitcase if you have 2 it has to go on the floor.

no rest room close to the lobby.

Nice modern design of room, great shower.

Location, staff

Very old furniture. Needs to be upgrades. Didn’t feel comfortable sitting in the lobby on the furniture. Carpets very old, stained & need replacing.

Close to restaurants. Beds very comfortable. Clean room.

Broken wall mirror. Lighting in bathroom is awful. Television needs an upgrade…just basic cable.

Amenities

The blanket provided had stains, and there weren’t enough staff available to bring a replacement to the room. For a hotel with 325 rooms, I expected better organization and attention to guest needs.

The beds were super comfortable. The parking was great and we could see our car from the window. We travelled with a pet so being in the 1st floor was great. staff also were very kind and gave my pup some treats when we checked in. Room overall was very cozy and clean, the shower was also a nice touch.

The cleanliness. Sticky, small stains on the surfaces, and on one of the arms of the pullout couch. The coffee maker had not been cleaned or even dusted for a while, the microwave had splatters, the mini fridge had not been cleaned and you could see under it a pink dried mass that looked like dried out strawberry ice cream. I alerted the concierge and I sent pictures to the customer service. They sent housekeeping for some "deep cleaning" while I was out getting some groceries. I went back and I noticed that they had made a poor effort in general but the fridge area was not touched. I called the front desk and they send housekeeping while I was in the room. They wetted a towel in the bathrooms sink to wipe the area and I had to hold my phone flash light so they can see. At that point I asked for some wipes so I can disinfect/ clean the rest of the surfaces. Good place, poor housekeeping.

Due to unaccomadated breakfast, we disturbed our morning sleep to find out prefered breakfast else where. Its nothing , with out accomadated breakfast.

1. Staffs should tell us the right information about the roomlacations.2. And shawer mate should be ready to use rather than rolled and kept hide.3. And fairly the night pijams are un accesseble, no space to them, what does tham me ?

Very nice and modern

I did not like that I was offered an upgrade to my room (via email), accepted the offer, then when checking in was told that room was not available. You should honor the offered upgrades if a guest accepts the upgrade.

The hotel is close to the airport and has a free transport to / from airport

The bathroom door squeaks. It needs to be greased There was no hot water in the shower No continental breakfast

The location was convenient to a dance competition venue. Having Moxies on-site (beside hotel) was very convenient

Room temperature too hot. Had to keep putting air conditioner on

The pool. The pool area needed more exhaust fans as the chlorine was toxic and the water from the pool area was going into the hall way which most likely ruin the carpet and flooring. There wasn’t enough space in the pool area for guest as it was a bit overcrowded and unwelcoming- should have a booking system in place where you can schedule your pool visits

There wasn’t any breakfast, just coffee and apples. The restaurant was closed, the pool was close.Our room was dusty and the floor was dirty, My son dropped his toy under the couch and I lifted the couch to find a red pill ( Tylenol I would assume) The front desk said “ I think you can get room service” when I asked. Turns out that was untrue. While booking there was no mention of the pool being closed. The pool was the reason we decided to stay at your location for my son to use.

The ride from the airport was good, driver was friendly and responsive. The Customer service personnel I spoke to on the phone about the Airport shuttle was excellent.

There was no water in the room, the quality of the soap was horrible, my room was not cleaned after the first day of stay. Did not meet my expectation.
