- It was very cute and close to everything!
- Absolutely a great location, beavertail, Tommys bar, Greek restaurant, McDonals open 24/7, the Bridge over river all right there. 2 nice hot tubs on roof .Bathrobes in our closet to wear. Towels in lounge room up by roof
- The location in the center of Banff is excellent. The lounge on the top floor with a bartender and great views was a plus, also the two outdoor hot tubs (they were very popular, but we managed to find time when they were empty).
Cons -
- It would be nice if there was an additional hot tub but overall it was great.
- Parking lot is open outside not inside heated like some other places,
- The hotel was a warren of hallways, stairs and turns due to it's age and the fact that it has been added on to so many times. Easy to get lost and takes a while to get to your room.

The staff were excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean, fresh and cozy. Check out was super easy.
I was very surprised that the hot tub on the 5th floor was quite dirty. There was a thick film of grim and dirt just above the waters line all around the hot tub itself so that was very off putting and we didn¿t stay long. The hot tub hadn¿t been cleane
