The room was great! Had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the outdoor hot tub that was really nice. Great location and secure free parking!

We bought our own coffee as the coffee provided was not great quality.

Actually, no. Everything was perfect

The room was spacious with all the home conveniences of kitchen, washer and dryer. We had 2 bedrooms with a Murphy bed in living room. It was located on harbour downtown which mad3 it easy and fast to get to attractions.

Didn¿t like that you had to pay for wifi.

Plenty of space, beds, kitchen and views!

Such a fantastic deal for 5 adults and 2 kids! A regular hotel would have cost us 2 to 4 times as much!

Clean and great location. Loved the free videos, popcorn and hot chocolate.

Some staff could have been more helpful without being prompted. No free wifi. Very small for a family group of 6.

Spacious room, close to the harbour, nice conditions

It’s very close to downtown Victoria within walking distance and also walking distance to both ferries from Port Angeles and Victoria clipper from Seattle.

The fact that we were not time share guests we not told there would not be any room service. Since we were staying 4 nights I didn’t think we had to go to front desk and as for TP for example. With that being said staff were very accommodating to giving us an early check in and extra parking. Again the fact that you have to pay for wifi is annoying.

Confusion about payment took up some of my time during the holiday. I had to make phone calls, and extra trips to the desk. This seems highly unnecessary. Not sure if this is due to an error on the part of Booking.com or a third party. This is a time share hotel, so they did not want any part of the payment.

Location on the water by Fisherman's Wharf. Large comfortable, clean rooms. Excellent staff...all friendly and helpful.

There is nothing to dislike!

All was excellent. James Bay good place. Outside pools awsome, warm. Family enjoyed a lot.

Internet WiFi was not for free.

Excellent location with excellent views overlooking the sea. It was a very well appointed suite with everything needed for self-catering. It was in fairly easy walking distance of downtown with close access to the shoreline. The underground parking worked well and was refreshing to have an efficient system of recycling waste material. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. When on the penultimate day (a Saturday), the apartment suffered a major electrical fault. The maintenance staff were on the job very quickly and a complete replacement was installed the same afternoon. While the fault was unwelcome, the staff repaired it in an exemplary and very courteous manner.

We were on the 9th floor and it could take a bit of time for hot water to start. However, once going it was plentiful & certainly very hot. A teapot was the only thing missing.

Room was bigger than expected, more than enough space for our group. The rooms have DVD players and there was a large assortment of DVDs in the lobby to choose from. Location was central to all of our activities. Front desk staff were very nice.
