- The location is fabulous is you want to be in the middle of downtown. Staff is very nice, friendly.

Cons -
- Heat in room not working. Tub finish peeling. No hot water in the morning for shower. Sliding door to bathroom not working...no privacy. Cannot park and unload in front of hotel.
- It was lovely.
- Parkade was blocks away. No hot water in the evening. Noisy seagulls all night. Elevator was out of service at the exact time we brought our luggage in and carried it 4 floors up. Inconveniences but not deal breakers.

Quirky room decor and real fireplace was fun. Great location. Room was clean.
