- Centrally located, easy to access, everything within walking distance. Very safe location, wonderful weather.

Cons -
- There wasn't air conditioning and paying for parking wasn't necessary. Thankfully the evening's didn't get too warm, but we had three fans in our room to help with that.
- It was very old, for the price I expected better. No air conditioning. They had two fans set up in the room that did nothing but move hot air around.
- No AIRCONDITIONING and it was hot!! No TV in bedroom. Needs to include free breakfast and free parking. Not worth the high price.

Staff are very friendly and the room was spotless. The pool was very clean as well. Great location close to downtown with free parking. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I would definitely recommend :)
