Pros +
- Staff were friendly and attentive. Pool views are unbeatable.
- The location and the ambiance.
- We've been to many hotels but this one was outstanding. We will be back for sure.
Cons -
- AC in our room didn't work. Food and drinks obviously overpriced but service is rather slow for what you're paying for.
- A little way from downtown Victoria but if you want somewhere quieter, it's perfect.
- everything was expensive!!!
