Nice cozy room with no daily room service. Got a queen bed for double occupancy when others typically provide a king bed.

It¿s difficult to choose just one thing. The Ban Gogh Flat where I stayed was just delightful in every way. It was wonderful to be able to have morning coffee on the patio surrounded by flowers.

Good location, very clean and good feeling

Difficult to arrive at night - hard to see where to go, what to do....would be good to know ahead of time that nobody is there to check one in.

The logistics of getting in your room and parking are too complicated and virtually impossible without a cell phone. I know most people have one but not everybody does. I arrived a little early and had no idea how to proceed.

This small, charming hotel is in the perfect location to explore Victoria by foot. The room I stayed in, Renoir Retreat, had lots of character and was quiet and cool. The amenities were good for doing your own breakfast.

I'm not a fan of the huge bathtub that took up lots of room, but I can see that for some, it would be an asset.

we were overwhelmed with instructions on how to park/lockup - it was like a thesis!! Couldn't find where to park, NOon site staff to help

Great location, beautiful garden, well keep premises, room well equipped.

Coffee machine was not cleaned, probably just an oversight by the cleaner. Other than that, it was really great.

Great location, walking distance to all the attractions! Woke up to the sound of peacock and other birds ! We walked around, came back quite late , area is very safe to walk back! Host was very gracious, made us great breakfast !

Nice big rooms, excellent location 5 mins walk from harbour front but quiet enough away from the town, easy parking facilities underground, host met us immediately, staff amazingly nice and yes the breakfast is good and plentiful!

Could hear the bus from the road but only an issue if you are a light sleeper (which we aren't)!

Location was great; just a block from Beacon Hill Park and only a few blocks from waterfront and Victoria Clipper terminal! Great breakfasts and service!! We would absolutely come back again!
