Italian marble and antique features, such as a claw-foot bathtub, are offered in the bathroom. Select rooms offer a spa bath. Rooms can only be accessed via stairs. Breakfast
It was more like a B&B which made interactions more relaxed. The staff was very attentive. While we were there to visit beautiful Victoria our time at the hotel was very pleasing. The breakfast is also excellent.
The staff were amazing. Food was exceptional.

Cons -

Room smelled musty
I didnÂ¿t care much for the stairs but we new about them before the trip.
Parking is tight. Location is not ideal. Taxi service is great. There were extra taxes and fees at checkout that were unexpected.
