Built in 1905, this historic adult-only B&B has a garden setting just a 5-minute drive from Victoria ferry terminal. Free Wi-Fi is provided in all areas. - Dusty, many burnt out light bulbs in chandeliers. Bad wall art. Breakfast at times with odd combinations of flavours. This is NOT a 5 star place
- The place had a musty smell to it...we got used to it. When booking, we put in diet restrictions which they had a challenge adhering to. (no seafood or pork products)

We loved the classic oldness of the place...the architecture was amazing! The staff was friendly and informative for places to go. We were there to celebrate our 28th anniversary and they upgraded us at no extra cost.
