Cons -

Lower level had a moldy, musty smell. Room was dusty and bed linen seemed to be unwashed and came off the bed. Bathroom was dirty and disgusting. Other guests were somewhat noisy. No fault of the owner, construction made it challenging to get to.

False advertising - one of the main reasons I chose this hotel was it said it was within 40 min walking distance of the University. It took 15 min by UBER to get from the hotel to the University. There were no sheets or pillow cases on the bed.
