Each room at The Fairmont Waterfront contains contemporary décor. The rooms are furnished with flat-screen TVs, a mini-bar and in-room safes. Bathrobes are also provided along with coffee and tea facilities. ARC Food & Drink offers fresh, local, and handcrafted cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. An on-site health club with a modern gym and a hot tub are provided at the Vancouver Fairmont Waterfront. Steam rooms are available and guests can sit on the pool patio which offers views of the harbor and mountains. FlyOver Canada is located across the street at Canada Place. Waterfront Station is less than 10 minutes' walk away from The Fairmont Waterfront.

- The hotel is located on the waterfront. The staff is very professional and friendly. We were offered an upgrade that included breakfast and happy hour hors d¿oeuvres and drink tickets. The beds are extremely comfortable. We will be recommending this hotel

- Saw a mouse running down the hall on 3rd floor returning from the pool
- Room needed more towels.
- Harbor view windows had fingerprints
