- Location, cleanliness, staff were nice, felt safe with pass required to go up in elevator, parking garage was clean, room was mostly clean.
- Walking distance to the Rogers Arena.
- Room was excellent, bed very comfy, staff helpful.

- Wife felt dirt (grains of sand or something) under her feet in her bed.
