- Good location, spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with new-looking appliances, countertops, etc.

- The front desk team was extremely helpful, courteous and informative during my stay. I felt like a welcomed guest, never treated like a nuisance or number.
Cons -
- Street noise gets loud around 5:00 am. Hotel needs some upkeep, e.g. closet doors that don't close properly, shower drain that is partly plugged.

They allowed us to check into the room early. Room has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. I did not like the black mold in the shower. Tipped the desk clerk and he held the bill up to the light to make sure it was real? Rather humiliating.
Housekeeping did not replace two of our washcloths. We asked the front desk twice for replacements and never did we receive them. This is totally unacceptable service to road weary travelers needing basic services such as fresh clean washcloths.
