Pros +

  • The staff (housekeeping, bell/concierge, reception, etc) were so friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the access to the gym and the overall atmosphere.
  • The smiling, welcoming and assisting with luggage and elevator of all the staff when entering the lobby EXchange hotel.
  • Great location!

Cons -

  • Unfortunately, I didn't think to ask for a higher floor, and when told we'd have a free upgrade, I think my expectations were high! We were on the third floor and the room was extremely noisy (street noise + floor above - moving furniture?) all night.
  • Room service was very expensive. No large table in room for eating.
  • I used my credit card to reserve the 2 rooms. Knowing that my daughter was going to pay cash when she checked in. But when I checked my credit card statement. The hotel had charged the rooms on my credit card still. I was credited back for one room but no

Great location!

The secure entry experience, room layout, cleanliness, and friendly staff. Location is excellent. Comfortable bed.
Room service was very expensive. No large table in room for eating.
