Great location, staff was exceptionally nice, bed was comfortable, plenty of parking. Couldn't have asked for more. Breakfast was small but good. Definitely recommend!

Polite and efficient reception. Room was ready and spotless. Very new fixtures in bathroom and lovely park-like setting.Despite being near the highway, my was quiet, and my stay was undisturbed by outside noise.

A compliment: because this property is clean and quiet as well as professionally and competently operated, it can be hard to find a vacancy. Please reserve ahead if possible.

Okay, but not likely to return

I can accept that it was an old building but simple maintenance issues were not done properly. Door lock hard to use and door not opening/ closing without force. Toilet not flushing, chain to flapper valve rusty, top hook missing and held to release handle with twist tie before that had broken as well. This is a cheap and simple repair to do properly

Could've had more variety, not the same things everyday

Housekeeping could be improved greatly, shouldn't have to ask for garbage to be removed, towels changed, beds changed, etc.

The rooms were clean a quaint. The owner was very kind and even contacted me when I forgot something in the room.

Some for the nicest caretakers! The property is obviously well taken care of and excellent value. Our kids love staying here. We can afford two rooms for the price of one here. The grass is mowed and there’s nice little extras all over. Highly recommend for travellers who like this kind of homey, old fashioned, well cared for but not fancy place.

Very minor issues - one bed was old and not comfy, other 2 were great. Our room didn’t smell great and we had to air it out.

Friendly and efficient staff. A very comfy room with good facilities.Staff were helpful with where to eat and free entertainment happening in the town we would have missed otherwise.Although positioned beside a busy highway there was no issue with noise.

Beginning to look a little tired and in need of a spruce up with a lick of fresh paint.

Owner was extremely rude. We booked a 3 bed room for 5 people as advertised and he demanded to know what our sleeping arrangement was as he was upset we had booked for 5 people (2 adults 3 children). He also called us repeatedly 3 days prior everyday demanding prepayment on a room that was not prepay but advertised as pay on site day of. Housekeeping staff met us at the door and told us they thought they had cleaned the room but weren't sure, and if there were stains on the sheets to ignore them, they're just old. Several plugins were taped over. Bathroom did not have a fan. Beds extremely uncomfortable. Kitchenette not as advertised - fridge and hotplate no stove

Very helpful staff , the hotel was very clean, everything worked , air conditioning was great, very quiet at night. Breakfast was very good.

Nothing. We didn’t even stay. The smell of paper mill made it impossible to stay there. Sadly, we booked on booking.com and could not cancel for a refund.

Everything, dirty crappy heat smells awful

Didn’t have breakfast. On my way early to get to fort St. John. Appreciated coffee in room to take with me. Paid extra for my cat. It is nice to have pet friendly motels available.

Nothing. Pre booked and registration was easy.
