- First of all I was NOT given the Hotel I wanted. I was scammed into YOU choosing where I stayed and that is FRAUD. I wanted to stay at the Ramada which was one block from my function. I did not use your hotel Super8. I booked in at the Ramada.

- I had called the Super8 to arrive on the Thursday. I arrived and the manager could not book me in. I was pissed. The hotel looked crappy and out of the city - not where I wanted. I left and booked in elsewhere. I want a refund of Cdn$----.
- Very old hotel room.. old bed sheets.. very bad and old bed.. carpet looked like it was 50 years old and had numerous stains on it.. didn¿t even stay the night, ended up paying to stay at another hotel.. would not recommend anyone Ever stay there.

Front desk staff helpful and friendly , housekeeping attentive to our needs and kept the place clean daily, even with the Covid situation looming. Room was dated but very clean , beds were comfortable, free WiFi, free parking.
Exterior looks a little run down, gutters dirty and overflowing with debris, lots of burnt out lights in parking and light covers filled with dead bugs, both bedspreads had stains and were dated, presence of mold in tub surround, leaky tub faucets, etc.
