Location is great. Hot tub very nice. Friendly staff, especially on the front door for meet and greeting. Manager upgraded our room for two nights due to a mistake on booking and checked that we were happy every morning.
Kettle in room was faulty. Not enough coffee sachets in room. No tea and coffe in lobby for 2 mornings. No laundry detergent in suite. Previous guests hairbrush left in bedroom.
