- Staff was polite and helpful
- It is within walking distance to the nice park and downtown location of Nanaimo. Just 5 - 20 minute walk.

Cons -
- The cheaper hotel room I first booked, the wheelchair had one arm rest with a masking tape bandaged. Thats disgusting. The mattress was poor quality. Then I paid for more to go to another room with kitchen. Its a lot better and mattress better.

- Abusive and suspicious requirement for a prepaid stay to copy the credit card number on a piece of paper even after having already used it to charge for incidentals. When I objected, that was the hotel's way or the highway.
