Twin Creeks Motel

The room was spotless. It had everything I needed including some dishes. The AC worked really well which was appreciated in the middle of a 40-degree heatwave.

Outdated room , stained carpet, uncomfortable worn out bed , barely functioning tv remote , clogged shower head , room 114 absolute trash for $130.00 dollars next time ill sleep in my car

It was a little older building but clean. However noise transfer from next room and outside room was a little bit of a problem

The property was close to plaza, fuel station. Motel room was affordably priced. Hotel attendant (Upinder) was very kind to keep the keys ready for us to check in. He was professional and provided amicable services.Highly recommend Twin Creek Motel if you’re looking for a budget friendly stay close to the nature.

Just that we could sleep with a roof over our heads

Everything. We didn't even meet anyone at arrival and departure. We were told to recover and leave the key in the drop box and nothing else. We were very late because we were blocked for 5 hours on Trans Canada because of a serious road accident, but we called the reception twice to inform them. The following morning at 9 o'clock the reception was not attended still and we called again to say we had to go and to be sure they riceved the payment for our stay. Moreover we weren't given the password to access the web, that we needed to buy phone credit that had gone calling the property. The property is very badly run. Comfort is poor and neatness is not their main concern. A smelly garbage bin was right in front of our door, not to say of insects into the room. Just the sheets were clean and smelled good. Furniture is old and worn-out.

The motel was close to the pub.

The motel had old stained sheets. The smoke detector had no batteries. The carpets were filthy. One bed was broken. At the back of the motel where our room was rhere was a large amount of junk and a rat trap.

they were in the middle of renovation and the room wasn’t ready for us till late. they didn’t have the debit machine working on site.

It was clean and the beds were very soft and comfortable best sleep I've had in any hotel or motel ever!

Staff could have been more welcoming or friendly.

My room had no shower curtain.My cousins room had a coffee maker but no coffee pot.My other cousins room had both.

Hot water not hot. No coffee maker , but coffee and sugar packets were. .if renovating please fix essential things like hot water. Paid same price for much more quality hotel the night before, in kamloops. Up your game, big potential property, great location.

I liked nothing about my stay.

The desk clerk, I can't remember his name. He was very rude, very pushy for my credit card. Also charged me more than I was quoted in my email.

no batteries in the tv remote, not even a box of kleenex, no iron, no coffee filters for the machine, had to phone the cell number for the WIFI password

Clean, great location. Easy walk into town.

Room was a bit small for family of 4. Not sure if there are bigger rooms. If so, I would request this next time.

The room.was cooled with AC and cleaned. You can also make breakfast for yourself and it's comfortable for our group.

It's easy for flies and bugs to go into the rooms with you
