This resort hotel is located on Okanagan Lake and surrounded by mountains. The Kelowna Art Gallery is 66 feet away. A restaurant is located on the lakefront patio.   • Nice big clean rooms. Great location. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Cons -

  • Thermostat was rigged to not go below 65*F and didnt actually even get below 70* could not sleep in that warm of a room. Wouldn't stay there again because of that.
  • The outdoor sitting area of my room was a complete dangerous mess of a construction zone. Couldn't use this area & had to keep the window shades closed because it was covered in plastic with all types of equipment, tools, and debris. No compensation!!!
  • Extremely disorganized and dismissive staff. Our room was not ready until 5:30pm (checkin@4pm), then had a wasp infestation. Finally, we were given a room not in keeping with the room level we initially reserved with zero compensation
