Boasting river and mountain views, this Hope motel is 15 minutes' drive from Othello Tunnels. Free Wi-Fi is included in all guest rooms. Vancouver is 96 mi from this motel. Tea and coffee-making facilities are featured in each room at Swiss Chalets Motel. A fridge and microwave are provided. All units are equipped with BBQ facilities. Select rooms offer a kitchen or kitchenette. The town of Hope, and many restaurants, are just 10 minutes' drive away. Several attractions including Hell's Gate and Harrison Hot Springs are within 30 minutes' drive of this motel. Property has only some pet friendly room on subject to availability and the charge are CAD 20 per pet, per night.

- not a lot
- I like that they are dog friendly and there is green space to walk her on.
- Good location along the Hwy, some units more spacious, quaint, but rundown and not terribly friendly. Have stayed there for many years, but not anymore. Great surrounding views in Hope.
Cons -
- Bathroom smelled vaguely of urine.
- Room was so very tiny, no space for one person to get into the bed on one side. My bathroom at home is bigger than this very expensive room.
- Room was reserved online, winter temperatures, room was ice cold. Previous owners more service minded and friendlier. Now fairly rundown. Pity, such cute units. Booking system poor. Online pressure to book last room, still vacancies getting there.
