Conveniently located off Highway 3, this Grand Forks motel offers private beach access. Free Wi-Fi, a refrigerator and a microwave are provided in all rooms. Phenix Ski Hill is 26 mi away. - Parking was undercover and next to our room. Lovely outdoor area. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfy.
- Front and back doors. Back opens to seating area along the river.
- The memories of all the times I¿ve stayed here throughout my life. Location is amazing. The mattress is second to none for comfort.
Cons -
- Due to water restrictions unfortunately the pool was unavailable.
- Terrible room. Ridiculously over priced for a bed The floor is LOUD to walk across. A portable AC unit plastic vent tube is laying on the heater when the heat is on it melts the plastic. (The second bed is blocked by AC unit.) Walls are paper thin. NOISY.
- They charge a cleaning fee if you leave any unwashed dishes. They donâ≢t notify you that they will charge you this amount for leaving a couple of unwashed dishes.
