This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of CAD 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, there is no front desk. Self check-in information will be sent 3 days before the scheduled arrival date. Please follow instructions sent in the email to check-in.
